What is Catfish Blues?

Catfish Blues Rolling Café a wholly owned subsidiary of  The Resource Initiative for Safe Kids, Inc. (RISKids.org).  Catfish Blues Rolling Café is a single outlet mobile concession kitchen which can offer delicious, Louisiana style take-out and full service social catering for meetings, events and social gatherings, as well as fundraising opportunities for community based youth organizations.

Catfish Blues Rolling Café, was launched in 2006, and primarily functions as revenue generating social entrepreneurship to fund the The S.E.A.L. Project Café’ for Kids.   

What if I want to hire Catfish Blues for a social catering event?

I try to make your experience as easy as I can. Just email me for infrastructure and amenities pricing, suggested menus, event planning services and a catering contract. 

What if I want to rent or borrow Catfish Blues social catering equipment/infrastructure?

I get asked this all the time.  Unfortunately, because we use our limited resource items to promote our organization and raise funds; we don't rent or loan our social catering equipment.  However, we can help you acquire your own or find someone who will rent similar items to you.

What if I want to work with Catfish Blues to do a fundraiser?

We utilize the following Joint Fundraising Agreement to outline the terms and conditions under which "You" can be accepted into the Resource Initiative for Safe Kids (RISKids.org) / Catfish Blues Rolling Cafe Fundraising program as an Affiliate. As a part of this program, you agree to provide promotional support, produce accurate orders, and help with delivery and processing of orders in return for compensation for sales to the public.

What else does Catfish Blues do in the  community?

We diligently work to engage at-promise youth and adults in a catering social entrepreneurship, where they can gain culinary arts and employment experience to create a brighter future for themselves (want to know more?).
